Privacy

The Members Club collects only what's needed to run the service — phone number, email (optional), the profile you choose to show other members, and the content of your private conversations. We never sell your data to anyone.

We also process location or city preferences, photos, identity-verification materials, device and security signals, purchase events, moderation evidence, and support requests when those are needed to operate the service.

Testing accounts

We may use clearly marked testing accounts to keep the service safe and reliable before it is available in a city. They are never presented as real members or used to make the community appear larger.

Identity and photo verification

We verify identity and photos before messaging opens. This data is stored with a per-policy retention schedule. You can request export or deletion from settings.

Sharing and providers

We share data with service providers only as needed for hosting, SMS, push notifications, identity checks, analytics, payments, moderation, support, and legal compliance. We may preserve and disclose evidence when required for safety, law enforcement, or child-safety reporting.
