Terms

The Members Club is a private social platform for adult (18+) members in permitted cities. People can create an account with an email address and must confirm the one-time code sent to that address before using the service. Membership remains subject to our community standards. Paid memberships renew monthly until cancelled through the App Store or Play Store.

We only open member discovery in cities where the service is available. Test accounts are never presented as real members or used to make the community appear larger.

Community standards

• Respect other members. Harassment, threats, or unsolicited explicit content result in removal.
• Verify yourself honestly. Misrepresenting identity is a violation.
• No commercial activity, solicitation, or referral spam.
• Illegal activity is reported to law enforcement.

Cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Memberships inside the app or via your App Store / Play Store subscription settings. You keep access through the end of the paid period. Refund requests follow the store provider's refund process. Direct paid credit purchases are not offered.

Email and account notices

We email one-time passcodes and essential account or security notices to the address you provide. Optional marketing messages require a separate opt-in.

Appeals

Enforcement actions can be appealed in-app within 30 days. Final determinations rest with our trust-and-safety team.
